water dark light memory silence

  1. silence expanding, until everything becomes condensed in the soundless beating of one wing.
(and then there is song, again, for the gods and for us)

    1. Roxana: i have been reading haiku a lot recently, so i couldn't help thinking of these three photographs as three haiku -- though really i am not sure that the sense of haiku can be translated from words to image ...

  2. ah! but now i see, three haiku. i think poems can be translated to images. or rather, all art is translating the same core.

that last photograph combines two of my favorite photographs of yours and so seems as though it can not be real. could the world really come together like this? i shake my head. it seems impossible.
